Bust

Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight, and take the measurement.

Underbust

For this measurement, it's helpful to wear a non-padded bra.
Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, just below your bust.
Keep the tape snug against your skin without pulling too tight, and record the measurement.

Waist

Stand straight with your feet together.
Locate your natural waist, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribcage.
Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
Keep the tape snug but not too tight, and record the measurement.

Hip

Stand with your feet together.
Locate the fullest part of your hips, typically around the widest point of your buttocks.
Wrap the measuring tape around this area, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
Keep the tape snug against your skin without pulling too tight, and record the measurement.

A must have really!
